Walk-ins are welcome when space allows, but booking ahead ensures you get the stylist and time that work for you.

Cancellations
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee to respect our stylists' time.
Confirmations
You'll receive a confirmation email within a few hours of your request. If you haven't heard back by end of day, reach us directly.
First Visit
New guests receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation before their first appointment. Arrive 10 minutes early so we can give it our full attention.
